From summer cottages to full time homes
The Lionshead Lake Property Owners Association formed in 1944. Many homes started as summer getaways, and today most owners live there full time. (LLPOA)
The neighborhood is also in New Jersey legal history. In Lionshead Lake, Inc. v. Township of Wayne (1952), the NJ Supreme Court upheld Wayne's minimum house size zoning, a case still cited in New Jersey land use law.
Beach and rentals
The association runs beach, chair and table rentals for members. Ask the association about membership and fees for the exact home. (LLPOA)
