GT Luxury Group LLC SMS Programs
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by GT Luxury Group LLC (“GT Luxury Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By separately opting in to one of the programs below, you agree to receive messages for the program you selected at the mobile number you provided.
Alexa Real Estate Updates
Alexa Real Estate Updates provides recurring marketing and automated or AI-assisted follow-up related to your real-estate inquiry, homes for sale, available off-market property opportunities, real-estate market updates, buyer or seller consultations, appointments, and related GT Luxury Group services.
Luxe Showing Coordination and Feedback
Luxe Showing Coordination and Feedback provides recurring showing confirmations, coordination messages, and post-showing feedback requests concerning GT Luxury Group listings. Messages may be automated or AI-assisted.
GT Luxury Group Agent Texts
GT Luxury Group Agent Texts are messages from GT Luxury Group LLC and its licensed agents about your real-estate inquiry, including replies to your questions, showing and appointment scheduling, and follow-up about properties you ask about. If you separately select GT Luxury Group Updates and Marketing Texts, you may also receive recurring marketing messages such as new listings, market updates, open house invitations, and scheduled follow-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How to Opt In
You may opt in only through a GT Luxury Group-owned form or other opt-in method that clearly identifies the specific SMS program. Each SMS option is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You may submit an inquiry, purchase a service, create an account, or continue a showing relationship without agreeing to receive marketing or recurring SMS messages.
Consent to one GT Luxury Group SMS program does not automatically enroll you in another program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the program you select and your interaction with GT Luxury Group.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply according to your mobile plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, we will not send further automated campaign messages to that number unless you separately opt in again.

Voluntary Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, showing services, or receiving another underlying service from GT Luxury Group.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, coverage, or other circumstances outside GT Luxury Group’s control.
Privacy
Our collection and use of mobile information and messaging consent are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging opt-in or consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be posted on this page.
